Judith Light CMC, FIMC, helps

achieve brilliant results. With a background in education, human resources,
business management and consulting, she combines deep perception and
practicality with elegant communication and understanding of the challenges

architectural design, land development, insurance, food processing and
distribution, property management, waste management and service providers.
Judith is an associate of EQ at Work and offers a
comprehensive and proven program, The Whole Leader,
for advancing the competencies of emotional intelligence as they apply to
leadership and business performance. Judith is certified as a practitioner of
Appreciative Inquiry with the Center for Positive Change.
She is also an associate of Charles E Day and Associates, a
customer service, business process review and technology transfer consulting
firm.
As an active member of her local and professional community,
Judith is past president of the Denver chapter of Institute of Management
Consultants and past president of the board of the Colorado Springs Youth
Symphony Association. She also served as a vice-chair on the board of directors
of the Institute of Management Consultants during a four-year term. She has
represented IMC to the Women's Advisory Board for Organizational Alliances
sponsored by ClubCorp.
Judith earned a Master of Arts and Humanities from Colorado
College and a Bachelor of Arts at University of Colorado, Boulder.
