This letter describes Judith Light’s assistance to a group of
four Chief Executive Officers, referred to as the “Gathering of Presidents”, of
the government services companies owned by NANA Corporation This “Gathering”
was composed of four extremely competitive, “Type A” executives.
Judith was extremely patient with the collection of egos we
presented, but was firm in keeping us focused and on-track. She introduced a
series of exercises that sped the process of team-building and provided a
method that enabled us to codify our goals and lay out the process that would
allow us to achieve those ends. During the process, which was conducted during
a series of meetings over the course of 3-months, we conducted a management
team survey across our four companies and across functions, consolidated
analysis of the operations of all four companies and how those operations
affected NANA’s overall performance. During each meeting, Judith’s guidance and
discipline kept us on-track.
Based upon my experience, I recommend Judith Light as a highly
qualified and disciplined consultant who has demonstrated the ability to

Emotional Intelligence program went beyond this. Leadership development with
Judith Light included setting goals based on classroom instruction at the
